What Kind Of Reader You Are?

Let me elaborate my question further. I believe many of you who visit blogs are actually some kind of writers or bloggers, right? As per your reading experience, what kind of articles you like most? Point-form style of article or not-point-form style of post? Don’t have any idea on what are they? Don’t worry; I created those “names”. So that you won’t have to blame your school teachers didn’t teach you that.

What Kind Of Reader You Are?
Point-form styles of articles are posts that show you step by step clearly on something. For example, you can easily find some how-to-make-money-online blog posts where they show you step one, you should XXX, step two, you should ZZZ, and etc. These point-form styles of post are useful if you are good in memorizing things or good in absorbing knowledge. If you are a slow learner like me, you can actually print them out so that you can refer to them whenever you need. These are the good parts of this kind of articles.

Whereas not-point-form style of posts are posts that you need to finish reading a long essay only you’ll understand what they want to deliver. Very time consuming and troublesome, don’t you think? However, I found that I actually more prefer this kind of articles. Just like the famous book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. If you really spend some time reading all its series, you’ll realize that actually they keep on mentioning the same thing. But I like it; so that it can improve my understanding on that same thing. This tactic is good for slow learner like me. And it’s a little bit like brainwashing your mindset.

This blog will actually be more like the second style; which will keep talking about the same thing, make-money-online. You get brainwashed but you get money, isn’t that worth? Haha~

hmmm. if you're reading for leisure, most likely one would want to read more story or prose-like articles/posts

of course lists do come in useful & are much easier to read in situations when required

a balance of both? story-like writing but with lists when felt good to be used?

i prefer point form...straight to the point...and somehow i found reading 'rich dad, poor dad' is too lengthy and made me sleepy...LOL!
